Where is my refund?

You can log into the IRS website or download the IRS2Go app to find out what the status of your refund is.

You simply need to provide them with your Social Security or taxpayer ID (ITIN) number, your filing status, and your exact refund amount. If you filed your taxes with us and have any questions about this information, you can call us with those.

The IRS updates the information they provide here daily, usually overnight.

Do I need to make an appointment?

While you can call ahead to see if we are available, you do not need to make an appointment with us. If your schedule doesn’t permit you to stop by during our scheduled hours, though, we are happy to schedule you for an appointment earlier or later than our usual hours.
